My stay at The Betsy Hotel was largely enjoyable, with highlights being the really good service and unique aesthetics of the hotel. However, some issues marred my experience, particularly regarding noise and the rooftop pool's limited access due to ongoing renovations. While the charming atmosphere and personalized touches from the staff were fantastic, the challenges with room comfort and accessibility prevented my stay from being completely seamless.
